TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TOYOTA GAZOO Racing WRC Ogier Signed Cap

The prize draw is open globally, to all persons aged eighteen (18) and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of BrandAnd (trading at TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Store) (the "Promoter") and of their affiliated companies or agents, or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
To enter this competition, you will need to complete all the below during the entry period to qualify for one and only entry:

Following @toyotagazooracingstore on social media (Instagram or Facebook).
Liking the competition post via the social platform in 2a.
Tagging a friend/account in the comments section of the post.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The opening date of the prize draw is 13:15 GMT of 15/01/2025 and the closing date is 23:59 GMT of 26/01/2025 (the "Entry Period"). No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw.
Prizes will be despatched via trackable DHL service, unless otherwise agreed, thirty (30) days after the winner claims the prize. We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
There will be one (1) winner(s) in total. The winner will receive: 1x signed TOYOTA GAZOO Racing WRC Ogier Signed Cap’.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
The prize is not transferable and non-exchangeable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Where a prize is won by a person younger than eighteen (18), we reserve the right to award the prize to the prize winner's parent or guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
Winner(s) will be chosen at random using osortoo from all qualifying entries (see point 2) received during the entry period and verified by Promoter and or its agents. If the same person has been selected as a prize winner more than once, we will draw another name.
The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram within twenty eight (28) days of the competitions closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the competition. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to the use of publicity materials. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these terms. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize. All entrants may have their details removed from our database by contacting us or via the unsubscribe messages in emails sent by us. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Competition and/or award of prize(s), entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.

Any tax or other charges payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
If successful you must provide us with your delivery details to send the prize: otherwise we may be unable to send the prize to you and you may as a result forfeit your prize.
BrandAnd may vary the terms of, or terminate, a Competition at any time at its absolute discretion. Termination or variation of a competition is without liability to any contestant or other person. BrandAnd will not award the prize if the Competition is terminated.
