I'm very disappointed with this bag. Great design, great material, but absolutely not practical. As a laptop or business bag, I'd like to see closable pockets for keys, a cell phone, etc. There are only two open pockets, and everything falls out if the bag shifts or tips over. There’s no zippered compartment for money or car keys. The laptop compartment is also less than ideal—there are better solutions out there in terms of practicality. It’s a real shame; they could have done this much better
